Shipping Policy

Below you’ll find a breakdown of our shipping policy.

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information.

Occasionally, items may be out of stock and will be canceled from your order, unfortunately. You will be notified by email about any cancellation in this case. We will not charge you for items that are canceled.


Shipping Fee

Free shipping on all orders.


Delivery Times:

Standard delivery is normally 3-7 working days.
CA: 3-7 working days.
DE: 3-7 working days.

US: 10-20 working days.


We use DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS for our deliveries.


What should I do if there is a serious delay with my shipment?

Please contact our customer service to investigate. If it is comfirmed there is an exception(i.e package lost)or delay will still last for a considerable time,we are responsible for a re-shipment or refund according to your preference.


How to track the package?

Once an item has been shipped,you will receive a shipment notification email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.


Can I change the delivery address of my package?

If the package hasn’t shipped, please feel free to contact us with your new delivery address.

If the package is en route, we cannot change the shipment.


Returns & Refunds


We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Please note that product returns are not able to be accepted in person at our office address.


Products Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an order. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it or if you simply change your mind please return it to us within 30 days, with the despatch note, having taken reasonable care of it and with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (including Packaging & Handling). We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the Products.

Faulty Damaged Products

We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Products

Please contact us by email (at to inform us of your wish to return Products. Please ensure you quote your order number.

We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service.

You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
